Ultragaz, the national leader in liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution, presents its completely revamped website designed to offer a more modern and efficient digital experience. The platform was developed with a strong focus on usability and accessibility, ensuring simple, smooth, and intuitive navigation for all user profiles.

One of the main UX challenges was meeting the needs of a highly diverse audience, ranging from residential consumers to large corporate clients. To address this, Ultragaz conducted detailed user research, mapping behaviors, expectations, and pain points from the previous site version. This research was essential to guide the design and functionality decisions of the new platform.

Among the main features offered by the new website are the autonomous issuance of second copies of bills, the ability to transfer account ownership online, the purchase of gas cylinders with fast and secure delivery, and access to an exclusive customer area. In this area, users can check consumption history, pay invoices, update personal information, and much more — all in a practical and secure way.
